The attentive staff, notably Jess and her manager, provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to address any needs promptly.One standout feature was the efficient air conditioning, which made the room a welcoming retreat after a day of exploring. The availability of an electric kettle and complimentary tea supplies added a homely touch, while the flat-screen TV and free toiletries enhanced the overall comfort of the room. The convenient central location near shops and the picturesque Warners Bay foreshore made exploring the area a breeze. Despite a small hiccup, the staff's genuine care and dedication left a lasting impression, making me eager to return for another memorable stay.
